It will help us resolve the the issue if you can provide screenshots of your folder structure, the Select Map Cache tool, the Select Layer Display Properties tool, etc. It may even be helpful to upload a copy of your TPK file when submitting your support request.

a “Licensed for Developer Use Only” message?
I opened MobileMap today and I now see the message “Licensed for Developer Use Only” as a watermark on in the corner of the map. I have never seen this before and don’t know how to make it go away.
