Trees not displaying in Check Cruise Mode

Problem

Tree table is not displaying previously collected trees or check cruise trees.

Solution

  1. Confirm that your trees have Parent ID’s

  2. Confirm that all trees are downloading

  3. If you are using non-standard Parent and Unique IDs (not ‘Parent_ID’ or ‘Unique_ID’), it is possible that you need to do the following upon initial feature service download:

    1. Initialize Database

    2. Import Settings

    3. Close MobileMap from the Actions menu

    4. Restart MobileMap

    5. Edit Download Parameters (if this is part of your workflow)

    6. Download
